Today's average RVer is 49 years old. They are investing in quality, larger RV's with many slides. In so doing, they are wanting to protect their investment with storage units for their RV, boats, tow cars, and other "toys" in a secure setting.
So many subdivisions do not allow RVs to be parked in driveways or on the property. RVers are in great demand for a quality, secure storage space. They may purchase the unit on a condo basis or rent.
